Search Criteria

To display the Search screen:

  • Select the Ad-hoc search button from the toolbar.
  • or select the Search button next to the search you wish to view.

Note - If you try to view more than one search the following message displays "You can only open one search at a time. Please close the existing search. "

The Search Criteria screen has four sections:

  • Search Input
    This allows you to base the search on a group of patients, or if left blank the search runs on all patients.

  • Search Details
    Add an Entity to define what information to search on, for example, Medication.
    Then use the Selections to refine the criteria.
    Multiple entities can be added.

  • Report Output
    Choose the type of report you want, this includes detailed or summary, along with options to export.

  • Report Details
    Specify what details are included in the result of the search.
    For instance, find patients with high BP, and display current medication.
